Chaturanga Workshop With Kenzie
In this workshop we will learn how to safely move through the transition to as well as the pose itself. We will also focus on how to work up to doing this pose more proficiently without injuring the rotator cuff muscles. This pose is one of the most commonly misunderstood poses and due to that, it is often practiced with poor alignment. This should be fun and available to anyone who can come into a plank pose.
