Reflecting On The Impact Of Bias In Yoga

This training explores the intersection between bias and yoga, delving into how unconscious biases—shaped by cultural, societal, and personal experiences—can influence our yoga practice, teaching, and perceptions. Through group discussions and reflective exercises, participants will learn the importance of recognizing bias and how these perceptions can shape the way they experience and teach yoga. Better understanding the relationship between bias and yoga allows practitioners to move towards a more inclusive practice that fosters greater compassion and acceptance for both ourselves and others.

This training welcomes participants of all levels of knowledge and experience around yoga and bias!
