Shape-Shifting-Reimagining Alignment

Shape-Shifting Yoga: Re-imagining Alignment

There is a story our body tells us about each shape we may find with it. Maybe the story is a sensation of stretch, or pain, or challenge.  Are you defined and influenced by the shape before you come into it? Or does your shape come from a balanced network of support? When we take the time to notice, we gain greater understanding of how to map movement. Movement and breath become a gateway to awareness of our thoughts, needs, intentions, and feelings. Join us on this exploration of movement as a vehicle to strengthen your inner navigational system. This workshop will use alignment as a means to connect to similar shapes in different ways to increase connection and support of your unique pieces and layers. This journey empowers you to be the map-maker and to notice where your pieces are and how they respond to shapes.
