Join Christina to learn about pelvic floor health and rehabilitation on October 23 at 12-1:15pm

Introduction Lecture (15-20mins): Pelvic Floor/Lumbopelvic Muscle Anatomy, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction & Conditions, Rehab Impacts and Focus
Beginner Exercises (10 mins): Transverse Abdominis Setting, Pelvic Floor Activation w/ Cuing, Pairing of "Foundational Core"
Functional Training/Exercises (10-15 min): Core setting with squatting, lunging, lifting. yoga/pilates based-exercises with pelvic floor influence
Pregnancy/Postpartum Considerations (5-10 mins): position modifications, return to activity and sport progression following delivery, C-section management
Takeaway Points & Question Time (5-10 mins): pelvic health screening, women's health resources
