POLICY & PROCEDURES

 
 

Peoples Yoga has a marvelous ventilation system, 2 hospital-grade air filters, beautiful rope walls, and a professional camera system for live-streaming classes.

Please check the schedule to see which classes have an in-studio option and which ones are still online. ALL CLASSES at this time offer a live-streaming option through Zoom. To help you prepare for your in-studio practice, please read our policies and procedures below.

  1. Face coverings are no longer required. Guests who wish to wear coverings are encouraged to do so, especially if it adds to their personal comfort level.

  2. In-person classes will continue to be limited in size to prevent overcrowding.

  3. Guests are welcome to register for in-person classes on MindBody or now drop-in.

  4. Hand sanitizer will remain available for public use.

  5. Guests are invited to use all studio props and supplies.

  6. Studio air purification, cleaning, and sanitizing procedures will remain intact without any changes.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES:

We hope to see you in class! Once registered for a class on MindBody, if you find that you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 24-hours in advance to avoid a charge.   

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS:

When you sign up for a private session, we hold that time and our space just for you. Because of this, we respectfully ask that if something comes up requiring you to cancel, you provide 24-hours advanced notice to avoid being charged for the full session.  

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS:

Workshops are highly popular at Peoples Yoga, many sell out months in advance. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all participants, guests who provide 48-hours advance cancelation notice may receive credit for a future event if we are able to fill your spot with a guest from our waiting list.

RETURN POLICY

We don’t offer returns. Packages, workshops, private lessons and gift cards are not refundable. Some circumstances would allow us to transfer what you purchased to another offering.
