POLICY & PROCEDURES
Your well-being is our priority.
To help you prepare for your in-studio practice, please read our policies and procedures below.
Some of our guests are immunocompromised. If you are feeling unwell please practice from home out of consideration for your fellow yogis. The wellness screening questions below may help guide you in your decision to attend in-person or virtually.
Face coverings are not required. Guests who wish to wear coverings are encouraged to do so, especially if it adds to their personal comfort level.
Guests are invited to use all studio props and supplies.
We have studio air purification, cleaning, and sanitizing procedures that are ongoing.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES:
We hope to see you in class! Once registered for a class on MindBody, if you find that you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 24-hours in advance to avoid a charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS:
When you sign up for a private session, we hold that time and our space just for you. Because of this, we respectfully ask that if something comes up requiring you to cancel, you provide 24-hours advanced notice to avoid being charged for the full session.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS:
Workshops are highly popular at Peoples Yoga, many sell out months in advance. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all participants, guests who provide 48-hours advance cancellation notice may receive credit for a future event if we are able to fill your spot with a guest from our waiting list.
RETURN POLICY/Expiration Dates
We don’t offer returns. Packages, workshops, private lessons and gift cards are not refundable. Some circumstances would allow us to transfer what you purchased to another offering.
Classes do expire. The time frames given are generous in comparison to industry standards.
