Description: Get moving after school with this engaging yoga series designed for elementary-aged kids to have fun, learn the foundations of yoga, and find inspiring ways to calm the mind and body. Each session includes breathwork, stretches, and mindfulness exercises to help children build focus, confidence, and a positive relationship with their bodies. No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring an open mind and lots of energy!
Note: Parents are welcome to drop off their child, wait in the lobby during class, or join us in the studio.
Teacher: Instructor Lisa Mulka holds 2 Master’s degrees in education-related fields, has 15+ years teaching creative writing, and is a mom to 2 little yogis.
