CLASSES

Research indicates that yoga can help with an extraordinary range of mental and physical conditions, from everyday stress to PTSD, from fibromyalgia to heart conditions. Peoples Yoga features a balance between alignment-based flow classes and focused therapeutic classes. Founder and lead teacher Misty Belous has been listening to students and teaching to their pace and needs for 15 years. Learn more about our group classes and private sessions.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private classes are one-on-one sessions in which you direct the instructor's focus on an element of your practice. Some students come with specific questions. Some come simply wanting a way to deepen and take a slower pace. Others want to explore what organically comes up. Misty's private slots fill up quickly, so sign up today for a spot.
